Resin Coal (STASH 1 / AMBUSH)
Happy Sunday Stonerds! Today we’re shining a light on another Ambush card released with the Winter Blazed mini set, Resin Coal. Resin Coal is a stash 1 buff card with a unique effect “Increase the attack of one of your Concentrate CannaBeasts on the field by 50 for this turn. When this turn ends, the selected CannaBeast is sent to the ashtray.” It’s currently the only buff card solely for Concentrate CannaBeasts and the only one that sees your beast sent to the ashtray afterwards which, in my opinion, isn’t exactly a fair trade off. Unless you can time it perfectly and use your Resin Coal as a finisher to a match so you don’t have to face the aftermath. Albeit it is understandable with Concentrates being some of the strongest CannaBeasts available, which is why most of them have a multiple tribute cost. Hopefully with upcoming releases we will see the addition of more Concentrate centered cards.
